Farm-to-Kitchen Connection CSA Signup Form

A food subscription service for lovers of fresh organic vegetables
, flowers, and herbs
Farm-to-Kitchen Connection (FTKC) subscribers buy shares for an annual fee, prior to the growing season. This buys a generous amount of fresh organic produce, beginning in early summer, as conditions permit. The weekly pick-up will be ready for bagging at the farm on Wednesdays from 3 to 7 p.m
. As always, shares include PYO flowers and herbs during the share season.
If planning to share a CSA share
with another household please indicate on the enrollment form
whom that will be.

Be A Good Neighbor—The Vermont Farm Share Program
Help other families join the FTKC community and eat good vegetables too! A tax-deductible contribution to NOFA-VT’s “VT Farm Share” program (see program description)
will help. This program subsidizes Share prices for income-eligible households by matching farm-raised funds dollar-for-dollar. Please include a check payable to “NOFA-VT” with your FTKC enrollment. To find out more about participating in the program, contact NOFA-VT, 802 434-4122.
Deadline: Tuesday, May 10, 2016
* Regarding email addresses provided at sign-up: We will not be sharing your email address with anyone! We plan to use email to keep our customers updated on harvest news, produce/product offerings, and similar farm-related items.
Enrollment will be limited this year and memberships will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with a final deadline of May 10, 2016.
Farm pick-up hours: Wednesdays, 3 to 7 p.m.
The Fine Print
Farming is ultimately weather-dependent. Sometimes, there may be reduced yields or even crop failures, which are beyond our control. As subscribers, you are putting your support and trust in our ability to put food on your table. As providers, we will do our best to honor that trust.
